Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, orders, deliveries, and shipment arrangements. You will coordinate local and overseas shipments from order confirmation to delivery, liaising with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, and other logistics partners.

Responsibilities include preparing and checking shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order,

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
Experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, import/export or freight forwarding is an advantage.
Familiar with basic shipping, customs, and import/export documentation.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

Handle customer enquiries, orders, deliveries, and shipment arrangements.
Coordinate and monitor local and overseas shipments from order confirmation until delivery.
Liaise with local and international customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, and other logistics partners.
Prepare and check shipping and customs documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents for import/export shipments and customs clearance.
Monitor shipment status and provide customers with updates on delivery, arrival, customs clearance, and any delays.
Follow up closely with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and logistics providers to ensure shipments are delivered on time.
Handle shipment issues such as delays, missing documents, damaged goods, customs issues, and delivery discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure goods are properly prepared, packed, labelled, and ready for shipment.
Ensure all shipment information and documents are accurate and submitted on time.
Update order and shipment details in the company system and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Handle customer complaints and follow up on issues until proper resolution.
Prepare basic shipment and delivery reports when required.
Perform other logistics and customer service duties assigned by management.
