Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service professional to provide cross-border logistics support across pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales channels. You will monitor shipments, communicate proactively, and work with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and meet SLAs.

Applicants should have strong English communication skills, with Mandarin preferred. This role demands customer empathy, calm handling of emergencies, and the ability to document needs clearly in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• English is required as a working language; Mandarin is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately record and convey customer needs.
• Strong team spirit and adaptability in the fast-paced logistics environment.
• Excellent emotional management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce or international logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide omni-channel pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support to cross-border customers.
• Monitor parcel shipments and proactively communicate to resolve delays or documentation errors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet service levels and resolve issues.
• Handle complaints and claims, maintain accurate records.
• Report major exceptions to supervisors and follow up until resolution.
• Assist in optimizing customer service processes.
