Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Assistant to enter shipments into the WMS, process customer orders, and maintain master data. You will monitor cut-off times, release picking slips, and liaise with customers on order issues.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics/warehousing, basic inventory knowledge, and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external customers. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in logistics/warehousing.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming shipments are correctly and timely entered into WMS per KPI standards.
• Process orders in WMS for multiple customers and release picking slips on time.
• Update master data in WMS and maintain accuracy.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate with customers on order-related issues to update status.
