Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Customer Service Manager for our Senawang, Negeri Sembilan operation. The role focuses on coordinating export bookings, overseeing air and ocean freight operations, and ensuring on-time cargo delivery for manufacturing and logistics clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics operation, or customer service.
• Knowledge of export/import operations and freight forwarding processes.
• Experience with air and ocean freight shipments.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipment bookings with shipping lines, airlines and logistics vendors.
• Manage daily air freight and ocean freight operations.
• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Follow up on booking confirmation, shipping schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, customs brokers and customers.
• Handle shipping documentation and data updates.
• Support urgent shipment arrangements and customer escalation cases.
• Maintain accurate operational and billing records.
• Prepare daily shipment status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
