Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, dynamic, enthusiastic, and hardworking.
• Strong communication with a client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of HS codes, customs procedures and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Chinese (oral/written) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal solutions for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Coordinate closely with shipping lines, following their instructions and aligning with client requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Input and verify booking information in the system, assist customers in processing bookings smoothly.
• Collect Shipping Instructions (SI), prepare Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), and coordinate payment requests with accounting.
• Collaborate with haulage, customs, and other related parties for smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely system updates, maintaining high data quality.
• Review orders before and after delivery to confirm completeness, correct fees, and customer satisfaction.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments, resolve delays or emergencies, and optimize transportation solutions.
• Prepare reports and other documents related to assigned work.
• Handle container and bulk vessel import/export operations.
• Report unusual cases or potential risks to management promptly.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by direct managers.
