Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipments and coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will prepare shipping documents, handle RTV shipments, and maintain records while supporting month-end closing. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required, with Mandarin proficiency preferred for supplier communication.

Experience with Malaysia customs procedures (LMW) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiar with LMW customs procedures and shipping documents (added advantage).
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments to customers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents and customs compliance.
• Liaise with customs authorities and freight forwarders.
• Generate invoices, packing lists, and update system records.
• Manage RTV shipments and returns to vendors.
• Support month-end close with accurate data.
