Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional with a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field to join its team in Malaysia.

You will prepare import/export documents, liaise with authorities and forwarders, ensure timely compliance, and support daily operations. Travel and own transport may be required; strong MS Office and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customs documentation, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with customs declaration systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import and export customs declarations and shipping documents.
• Ensure all customs documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines.
• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments regarding shipment clearance.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve customs documentation issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
• Assist with ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
