Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented LMW and logistics coordinator to manage documentation, compliance, and end‑to‑end shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. With at least one year in LMW management or import/export, you will liaise with customs, immigration portals, agents, and transporters, supporting license renewals and government interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in LMW management, import/export logistics, or administrative compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMW documentation, including reviewing A2 additions and submitting M1 and M2 reports.
• Handle import and export customs clearance, settle duties and taxes, and coordinate with transporters.
• Oversee local and overseas shipments from end to end and track delivery statuses.
• Provide necessary shipping documents and LMW licenses to agents and transporters.
• Track and coordinate the renewal of all company licenses, including local council and manufacturing licenses.
• Work closely with external agents to manage expatriate visa and work permit applications.
• Support the management and team with other duties as assigned.
