Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented contributor to support warehouse and logistics operations. The role emphasizes strong analytical ability to handle difficult situations, effective communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint, and capable of travelling within the designated area while maintaining schedules and responsibilities across the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor
• Track and Update reports in the share drive (if require)
• Check for pending inbound and damage claim parcels, ensure investigate on those pending parcel & report to Supervisor
• Follow-up with seller and stations for pending / missing parcels
• Monitor operation activities through SA report & feedback
• Monitor truck staggered arrival plan vs actual
• Immediate attend to the problems reported on the floor
• Ensure Repro to process return shipment on a daily basis
• Monitor FM courier's performance & productivity
• Handle Department assets records uptodate
• Highlight Mis-Scan
• Highlight wrongdoing caught in the operation
• Appreciation message to team
