Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to oversee stock levels, daily stock takes, and reconciliation between WMS and ERP while coordinating installation operations and HR-related duties.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required; candidate must be willing to work 6 days a week.

- Responsible for goods, stock level updating, records, delivery, space allocation and other warehouse activities to ensure the accuracy of the inventories.
- To perform daily stock take in CDC by leading the stock take and divide task to make sure stock take goes well.
- Use scanner to stock take the items and after finish the stock take then will roll the stock take list from WMS. OR
- Use scanner to make sure the quantity in racking tally with WMS and then roll the racking quantity list from WMS.
- To ensure physical count is tally with the system quantities
- Compare the quantity of stocks between stock take and ERP.
- Verify the loss and extra of the items. Manually to check for the items for second time.
- Crosscheck between WMS and ERP for transaction of inventory to identify the root cause of loss and extra of the items and remark to solve the issue.
- Complete the stock take and prepare the result and report to superior.
- Responsible to compile the unfound stocks from related department and identify the issue of unfound.
- Finding the root cause of unfound and remark to solve the issue.
- Responsible to submit weekly and monthly report.
- Perform ad hoc assigned by superior.
- To understand the flow of inbound and outbound.
- To understand how the hands on process in the warehouse.
- To understand how the system works (WMS and ERP).
- Critical thinking on the process and raise up the issue of the process and the way of improvement in warehouse.
- To make sure items at racking are tally with WMS and ensure the items at the right racking.
- To monitor the scanned out or in of items in the racking which done by workers.
- To make sure and monitor items be in good condition and PIC for racking.
Managing the installation operation every day
Manually recording the return items everyday include postpone, service and cancel.
Monitor installer’s performance following KPI – On time and Smiley rating.
Monitoring and solving the problem or complaint occur that related with installation via email or phone call.
Manages team of installers who are responsible for installing, and servicing
Schedules and oversees the installation bound products.
Responsible for weekly overall reports and email to superior.
Create monthly installation Kaizen Report.
- Check performance of foreigner workers and remark for penalty (if any).
- Ensure SOP be followed.
- Ensure foreigner workers' safety and cleanliness in warehouse environment.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
