Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end import and export operations, coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring customs compliance. You will liaise with internal teams, LSPs, brokers, and suppliers to maintain seamless logistics and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, import/export operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
• Understanding of import and export processes, freight management, and customs clearance requirements.
• Familiarity with ASEAN trade regulations, Incoterms, and Malaysian customs requirements is preferred.
• Knowledge of freight documentation, including BL, AWB, CI, PL, and COO.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, or logistics ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery execution.
• Verify freight invoices, monitor logistics costs, and ensure compliance with agreed tariffs and contracts.
• Coordinate warehouse inbound activities, resolve shipment discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory and inbound records.
• Monitor and evaluate forwarder and customs broker performance against established KPIs and service standards.
• Manage logistics-related insurance claims, including documentation, investigation, and follow-up until closure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support logistics reporting, cost monitoring, and budget tracking activities.
