Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end import and export activities in Petaling Jaya, with a focus on accurate cost verification, compliance, and seamless operations. The role serves as the main liaison between internal teams, LSPs, brokers, and partners to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in logistics or related fields and 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or import/export operations, with knowledge of ASEAN trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of freight forwarding or import/export operations experience.
• Knowledge of ASEAN trade regulations, Incoterms and Malaysian customs.
• Experience with freight documentation: BL, AWB, CI, PL, COO.
• Experience with WMS/TMS or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery execution.
• Verify freight invoices, monitor logistics costs, and ensure compliance with tariffs and contracts.
• Coordinate warehouse inbound activities, resolve shipment discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor and evaluate forwarder and customs broker performance against KPIs and standards.
• Manage logistics-related insurance claims including documentation and follow-up to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Support logistics reporting, cost monitoring and budget tracking.
