Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in warehousing or logistics, with Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Administration. Proficiency in SAP, WMS, Word, Excel, and English is essential for fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• SPM qualification or Diploma in related field preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for warehouse cargo movements.
• Maintain operational records, shipment docs, reports, and expense records.
• Liaise with warehouse and operations to prep cargo for deliveries.
• Update SAP, WMS, and systems.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to monitor shipments.
• Prepare cycle count reports to support inventory accuracy.
• Communicate shipment updates to customers via email.
• Provide general admin and operational support including ad hoc duties.
