Job summary

You will coordinate warehouse activities, manage inventory accuracy, and liaise with providers and customers to schedule shipments while maintaining safety standards and quality controls within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution, preferably in food or FMCG.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with staff at all levels.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records and stock movement documentation.
• Liaise with transport providers and customers to arrange shipments.
• Monitor warehouse staff activities and ensure safety SOPs are followed.
• Prepare shipping documents, manifests and delivery notes for distribution.
