Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions seeking a proactive logistics admin professional in Johor Bahru. The role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, documentation, and customer communications.

Your work will ensure cargo readiness, accurate records, and timely shipping updates. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in warehousing/logistics, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with SAP or a WMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clerical/administrative experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for movement of warehouse cargo, ensuring standards compliance.
• Develop and maintain records and reports for operations, including correspondence, plans, and expenses.
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure cargo readiness for deliveries.
• Update SAP and WMS in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and track shipping details with forwarding agents.
• Generate and manage cycle count reports.
• Communicate with customers via email meeting quality standards.
• Update shipment and domestic delivery statuses promptly.
