Job summary

Outspan Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support shipping and receiving operations at our Johor facility. You will assist in preparing shipping documents and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with export/import requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent and practical experience in logistics. You will track shipments, handle customs declarations, and liaise with suppliers and customers

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics /Business Administration or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents (packing list, BL draft, cert of origin, health cert, COA).
• Ensure shipping documents courier to customer before shipment arrival.
• Perform custom declaration for import and export shipments.
• Declaration of Free Zone Trade.
• Report Free Stock Zone to PTP on monthly basis.
• Endorse all the shipping documents at government agencies (e.g., MCCI, MITI).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure related documents are available on time and accounts can receive export documents for banking.

Job description

Assist in handling Company's shipping and receiving processes. Assist Logistics Executive in execute the logistics documents and activity with smooth and on timely basic.

Key responsibilities

Prepare full set of shipping documents, such as packing list, BL draft, cert of origin, health cert, COA etc.

Ensure the entire shipping documents courier to customer before shipment arrive destination.

Performed custom declaration for Import and Export shipments.

Declaration of Free Zone Trade.

Report Free Stock Zone to PTP on monthly basic.

Endorse all the shipping documents at government party, for example, MCCI, MITI etc.

Collection on time for the Health Cert, BL and cert of origin.

Liaise with internal department to ensure related documents get in on time. And ensure Account department can receive the export documents on time for bank issue.

Tracking record for export shipment.

Create Purchase Request for Raw Materials purchase at SQL system.

About you

Diploma in Logistics /Business Administration or its equivalent
