Job summary

TRANSPAK PENANG SDN. BHD. is seeking a logistics operativer to receive and verify incoming goods, prepare items for delivery, and maintain accurate stock records in line with approved documents.

You will deliver goods to customers and sites on time, perform daily vehicle checks, and ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety policies. Experience in inventory control is preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Valid truck driving license.
• Experience in material issuing and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and verify incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Prepare goods, materials and orders for delivery or collection based on approved documents.
• Monitor stock levels, perform stock counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Deliver goods to customers, project sites, suppliers or other designated locations on time.
• Check delivery documents and obtain customers' acknowledgement/signature upon delivery.
• Conduct basic daily checks on the lorry, including tyres, lights, brakes, oil and other safety items.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
• Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
