IMIKA EMPIRE SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Warehouse & Logistics Executive to join its Ipoh team. The role focuses on managing stock and coordinating deliveries across Malaysia, reporting to the operations team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a valid driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or distribution is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel / outstation when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming and outgoing warehouse stock.
• Ensure stock is properly arranged, recorded and monitored.
• Prepare stock for delivery to branches.
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on schedule.
• Assist with loading, unloading and stock checking.
• Communicate with branches and the operations team regarding deliveries.
• Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.

We are looking for a responsible, organised and hands-on individual to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing stock and coordinating deliveries across Malaysia, this role could be for you.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing warehouse stock
• Ensure stock is properly arranged, recorded and monitored
• Prepare stock for delivery to branches
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on schedule
• Assist with loading, unloading and stock checking
• Communicate with branches and the operations team regarding deliveries
• Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations

About you

• Responsible, disciplined and well-organised
• Detail-oriented when handling stock and inventory
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel / outstation when required
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or distribution is an advantage
