Job summary

Organic Home Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable logistics/warehouse professional to manage receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within a busy facility in Malaysia. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate routes and liaise with transport partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety regulations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, English and Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to adapt to peak periods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Good understanding of logistics procedures, safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in managing warehouse operations.
• Physical fitness for warehouse duties including lifting and moving goods.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage peak periods effectively.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse facility.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
• Liaise with transport providers, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse staff and coordinate daily operations to meet performance targets.
• Track shipments and maintain documentation for all goods in transit.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels and distribution performance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
