Job summary

Organic Home Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated logistics/warehouse professional to oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within our Klang-based warehouse. You will monitor stock levels using WMS, plan delivery routes, and liaise with transport providers to ensure timely distribution.

The role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with safety regulations, and the ability to multitask across peak periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with multitasking
• Good understanding of logistics procedures, safety regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external partners
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in warehouse operations
• Physical fitness for warehouse duties including lifting and moving goods
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage peak periods

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse facility
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution
• Liaise with transport providers, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse
• Manage warehouse staff and coordinate daily operations to meet performance targets
• Track shipments and maintain documentation for all goods in transit
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels and distribution performance
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly
