Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or are pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with strong English and Malay language skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced BPO/tech environment. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or pursuing Bachelor's in any field.
• Strong command of English and Malay both verbal and written.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficient in office software and general computer operations.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, live chat.
• Accurately obtain and record customer information in line with internal processes.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
• Document and escalate issues through the internal system, adhering to the company SOP.
