Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Logistics Officer to support customers with prompt service and professional handling of inquiries. You will engage via calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring accurate data capture and adherence to processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or are pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with strong English and Malay language skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced BPO/tech environment. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
