Job summary

Wealthy Pentagon Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage order fulfilment, stock movements and warehouse processes in Kuala Lumpur.

You will coordinate delivery arrangements, handle stock receiving, picking and labeling, and ensure accurate stock issuance. The role requires a Diploma or Degree, fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and basic English, 2–4 years in logistics, and proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel, with willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree.
• Able to speak Mandarin to serve mandarin speaking customers, Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment, DO, and delivery arrangements.
• Stock receiving, picking, labelling, packing and stock issuing.
• Daily and monthly report such as aging report and order report.
• Daily and monthly stock count to ensure no discrepancy.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of warehouse.

Requirements

Preferably physically fit executives specialised in logistics/inventory/warehouse/distribution/supply chain/shipping

Working days: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9a.m-6p.m
