Job summary

Axcellence Consulting in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a logistics coordinator to oversee national transport operations under MOT, book and manage local delivery, and ensure timely, quality service. You will coordinate forwarders, optimize processes and control costs, while supporting the supervisor and department manager with daily tasks.

The role requires a degree or diploma in SCM or related field, familiarity with airfreight, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or international trade.
• Familiar with airfreight and shipping operations.
• Good command of customs declaration documents.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient with import/export documents (Invoice, Packing List, CO, etc).

• Responsible for the transport operation of the relevant country under MOT, meet corresponding responsibilities and KPI.
• Book and manage relevant country logistics and local delivery, providing sufficient protection for the growing transportation needs of relevant country.
• Manage forwarder's daily operation, lifting efficiency, make sure delivery time and quality.
• Organize and optimize the process, control logistics cost and put forward suggestions for improvement.
• Finish various duties assigned by supervisor and department manager.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma majored in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or international trade.
• Familiar with operation of airfreight and shipping.
• Good command of customs declaration documents.
• Good communication skill, able to work independently and under pressure.
