Job summary

SLP Green Tech Sdn Bhd seeks a diligent logistics coordinator to manage delivery scheduling with Production, monitor delivery performance and prepare essential shipping documents.

You will coordinate with transport providers, ensure compliance with DOE/DOSH/Bomba and assist with insurance for marine shipments and inland transport, plus support certification activities. This role requires proactive handling of ad hoc tasks as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Production for delivery schedule on customer orders
• Monitor timely delivery of customer orders
• Prepare invoice, delivery orders and other delivery documents
• Liaise with transport company on delivery issues
• Comply with regulatory authorities (DOE, DOSH, Bomba, etc)
• Prepare ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC and related certification documentation
• Assist with Marine cargo insurance for all LCL/FCL shipments and inland transport insurance
• Undertake other related tasks as directed by management

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

• - To liaise with Production department for delivery sehedule on customer order.
• - To monitor perfect delivery of customer's order.
• - To prepare invoice, delivery order and other goods delivery document.
• - To liaise with transport company on delivery issue.
• - To comply with regulatory authorities such as Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Bomba and etc, if any.
• - To comply and prepare ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC Standard and other certifications related documentation.
• - Assist on Marine cargo Insurance for all LCL/FCL shipment and Inland transport monthly insurance.
• - To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the management.
