Job summary

Maaez Sdn Bhd in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics operations for online orders, including picking, packing, and delivery coordination.

• Update order status and tracking numbers in the system or provided records.
• Ensure all orders are processed and delivered within the set SLA.

Responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing daily logistics operations including online customer order management, packaging, delivery and handling of received stock/goods to ensure smooth delivery processes and customer satisfaction in line with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement daily logistics operations related to online customer orders
• Manage customer orders from e-commerce platforms, social media, WhatsApp and company systems
• Check, validate and process order information including products, quantities and delivery addresses
• Execute picking, packing and labelling processes according to established standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Manage postage and delivery to customers using appointed courier services
• Prepare, print and manage delivery documents such as airway bills and delivery lists
• Update order status and tracking numbers in the system or provided records
• Ensure all orders are processed and delivered within the set timeframe (SLA)
• Receive, inspect and handle stock/goods arriving at company premises safely and orderly
• Arrange and store stock in the warehouse neatly, orderly and easily identifiable

About you

• Assist in inventory management including records of stock in and out related to online orders
• Liaise with courier and supplier regarding delivery and receipt of goods
• Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, damaged parcels, lost items or returns
• Assist in answering customer inquiries regarding delivery status when required
• Ensure warehouse and work areas are clean, neat and safe
• Comply with all safety procedures, company policies and operational guidelines
