Job summary

BTI Executive Search is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Malaysia, ensuring timely movement from suppliers and warehouses to stores and e-commerce customers.

You will lead inbound/outbound logistics, inventory transfers, 3PL partnerships, and omnichannel fulfillment, collaborating with Retail, E-commerce, Finance, and Warehouse teams to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in retail / FMCG.
• Experience managing 3PLs, transportation, warehousing, and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, distribution, and store replenishment activities.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses, retail outlets, and other locations.
• Oversee e-commerce fulfilment, deliveries, returns, and omnichannel logistics operations.
• Manage relationships and performance of 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and courier partners.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, including delivery performance, fulfilment accuracy, lead times, and operating costs.
• Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, E-commerce, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
• Lead logistics projects, process enhancements, and system improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing 3PLs, transportation, warehousing, and inventory operations.
• Good understanding of retail replenishment and e-commerce fulfilment processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or WMS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by continuous improvement and cost optimization.
