SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Supervisor-BU Seat to drive quality system execution and cross-team collaboration in a global automotive environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and strong knowledge of quality management standards, including IATF 16949 and 8D, with exposure to international clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Automation, Motor Design or a related field.
• Completed training in quality management, production safety, motor design, or enterprise management.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality management including 1+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Quality System & Process Management, incl AQE/SQE/PQE/CQE/QC/LAB/QS audits.
• Execute daily routine quality activities and coach the team.
• Coordinate with QA Manager to monitor OKR/KPI.
• Lead cross-team collaboration and support customer requirements.
• Coach team to run RCA/CA/PA/8D.

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor-BU Seat to drive quality system execution, cross-team collaboration and problem-solving to fulfill motor-industry quality objectives and customer requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

Quality System & Process Management, include AQE/SQE/PQE/CQE/QC/LAB/QS audit.

Execute daily routine quality job maintenance, include necessary meeting and coaching.

Follow and cooperate with QA Manager to run OKR/KPI.

Strong support and take leadership on coordinating cross teams and customer

Handle and coach team to run RCA/CA/PA/8D.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Motor Design, or related field.

Completed training in quality management, production safety, motor design, or enterprise management.

At least 3 years of experience in quality management, including 1+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Familiar with quality management standards and tools, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, 8D, BIQS, AIAG(6tools).

Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
