As a Process Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence, while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
- 1. Based on the characteristics of equipment and production lines, plan and develop core documents such as Production Work Instructions and Control Plans to ensure process standardization and quality consistency
- 2. Apply DFMEA / PFMEA tools to anticipate production risks, and collaborate with the Process Engineering department to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce changeover time
- 3. Lead root cause analysis of motor function/performance non-conformities (e.g., abnormal noise, excessive temperature rise, overcurrent). Use 8D reports, fishbone diagrams, and other tools to identify design, material, equipment, or operational defects, and drive issue closed-loop resolution.
- 4. Interpret industry standards such as IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and IEC 60034; build differentiated customer requirement matrices (e.g., differences in EMC indicators between European/American and Asian markets) to guide customized control strategies on the production line.
- 5. Proficient in operating motor analysis equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, power analyzers) and simulation software (e.g., ANSYS Maxwell, Motor-CAD), and deliver high-precision test reports.
Requirements Must-have
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Motor Engineering, Mechanical Design, Automation, or a related major. Familiar with the working principles of permanent magnet synchronous motors and DC motors, as well as industry standards (e.g., IEC 60034).
- 2. 3+ years of technical analysis experience in the automotive seat motor industry. Proficient in the performance parameters of core motor components (e.g., stator, rotor) and key production process control points (e.g., worm gear, dynamic balance precision).
- 3. Proficient in LabVIEW, MATLAB, and other analysis software. Capability in Python script development is preferred (e.g., automated test data acquisition).
- 4. Strong cross-cultural communication skills (Chinese / English bilingual). Able to write technical reports and participate in multinational technical meetings.
