Qualifications

• STM/STPM or equivalent education level.
• 1 year of logistics experience preferred.
• GDL driver's license preferred.
• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of warehouse and logistics.
• Support and implement logistics strategies set by management to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate movement of goods from warehouse to final destination and from origin to designated warehouse.
• Work with sales to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate collections and deliveries (daily and weekly).
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods with proper records.
• Oversee the performance of drivers and other logistics personnel.
• Manage fleet records including road tax, permits, inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare documents for cross-border permits and update delivery records.
• Prepare drivers’ monthly trip, overnight stay, scanning performance, overtime and incentives reports.
• Implement safety policies and ISO procedures as set by management.
• Analyze and report on warehouse and logistics performance metrics.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory levels and manage related budget and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of warehouse and logistics.
• Support and implement logistics strategies set by management to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate the movement of goods from the warehouse to the final destination, coordinate the movement of goods from origin to designated warehouse.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate collections and deliveries (daily and weekly).
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods with proper records.
• Oversee the performance of drivers and other logistics personnel.
• Supervise logistics work such as route monitoring, driver's logging, daily and weekly vehicle inspections, customer complaint on driver issues etc.
• Manage the fleet of vehicles, including application or renewal of road tax, permits, vehicle inspection, maintenance, repairs, and replacement.
• Ensure all vehicle records are filed and maintained.
• Preparation of documentations for cross border permits.
• Updating delivery and collection records into respective reports.
• Preparation of drivers monthly trip, overnight stay, scanning performance, overtime and incentives reports.
• Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of drivers and equipment.
• Implement and maintain ISO procedures and standard procedures or policies as set by management.
• Analyse and report on warehouse and logistics performance metrics.
• Maintain the accuracy of inventory levels.
• Manage budget and expenses related to warehouse and logistics operations.
• Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
