Job summary

Ruspert Eco Coating Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage import/export and LMW operations.

You will coordinate with freight forwarders, ensure customs compliance, manage licenses and duty exemptions, and resolve related issues promptly. This role involves liaising with government agencies and maintaining accurate LMW documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle import, export, LMW, and transport operations.
• Ensure full compliance with customs and LMW regulations.
• Coordinate with forwarders to resolve shipping issues promptly.
• Manage licenses and duty exemptions related to LMW/customs.
• Resolve logistics or LMW-related problems or complaints.
• Participate in monthly LMW inventory counts.
• Manage logistics and LMW documents and billing.
• Liaise with government agencies for customs and import/export matters.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
