Job summary

IBIDEN Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistic Assistant on a contract basis at our Bukit Minyak, Penang facility. You will support warehousing, storage and distribution, maintain inventory accuracy and help optimize our logistics operations.

The role emphasizes data entry, documentation control and precise record-keeping within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. Contract terms may extend or lead to permanent opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for move orders in Oracle, same day or by 10:00am next day.
• Prepare stock cards for incoming items and hand to issuing team.
• Verify Material Request Forms and ensure 100% accuracy in records.
• File documents daily for traceability and quick access.
• Support warehouse activities and outbound posting accuracy in the system.

About the role

We are seeking a Logistic Assistant to join the team at IBIDEN Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd on a contract basis. This position is based in Bukit Minyak, Penang and plays a vital role in supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. As a Logistic Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations. This role offers the opportunity to develop practical experience in a fast-paced logistics environment whilst contributing directly to our operational success.

Key responsibilities

To perform data entry for move order in Oracle System. To post in the same day or 10.00am next day with zero deviation

To prepare the stock card for each incoming of stock item then pass it to Issuing Team. Each stock card for each stock item.

To check all the Warehouse running control number for Material Request Form are available before perform data entry. Zero Material Request Form missing.

To file all the Material request form in the same day. Ensure the document is traceability and easy to access

To double check all the Outbound posting data vs Material request form before performing transact in oracle system. 100% accuracy in oracle system

To support RR transaction when needed.
