Responsibilities

• Call customers / attending to calls
• Liaise with auto finance sales on new loan submissions
• Data entry loan processing and entering customer information within the stipulated time frame
• Ensure entered data is accurate
• Obtain additional information for incomplete documents
• Verify customers' personal and employment information
• Upload relevant documents and key in invoicing for disbursement
• Print agreements and assist customers with signing
