Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support Officer (JB) to manage customer calls, coordinate with auto finance sales for new loan submissions, and ensure accurate data entry within set timeframes.

You will verify customer information, upload documents, and prepare invoicing for disbursement, plus assist customers with signing agreements. The position is on-site in Johor Bahru and requires strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Call customers / attending to calls
• Liaise with auto finance sales on new loan submissions
• Data entry loan processing and entering customer information within the stipulated time frame
• Ensure entered data is accurate
• Obtain additional information for incomplete documents
• Verify customers' personal and employment information
• Upload relevant documents and key in invoicing for disbursement
• Print agreements and assist customers with signing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform verification on customers personal and / or employment information
