Hong Leong Bank is seeking a results-driven Loan Officer to secure quality auto loans and build strong relationships with dealers and customers in Malaysia. You will verify documents, perform KYC checks, and ensure data accuracy in the LOAD$ system while maintaining daily updates on case progress.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, bilingual communication, and willingness to travel to dealer sites as needed.

Formación

• Minimum SPM or equivalent required.
• Good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year in Banking/Auto industry welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales targets by securing quality loans per product portfolio.
• Maintain good relationships with dealers and customers.
• Verify documents for loan applications per guidelines.
• Perform KYC verification and CTOS checks.
• Enter data accurately in LOAD$ system.
• Provide timely updates to dealers on case status.
