Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Full-time CLP Program Manager for Asia Pacific based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will lead the CP program management, engage with champions, implementation managers and facilitators, and expand the APAC facilitator pool to ensure quality delivery of CLP modules across the region.

You will work in an international, virtual environment within DHL’s learning and development framework, focusing on leadership development, stakeholder alignment, and continuous process

Qualifications

• University degree required; HR certification is a plus.
• Several years of relevant experience in Certified Learning & Development.
• Excellent consulting skills and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide CLP program management for Asia Pacific.
• Engage stakeholders at champions, managers, and facilitators.
• Develop and manage CLP facilitator pool across APAC.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of CLP modules (in-person and online).
• Coach and mentor CLP community; lead cross-functional collaboration.
