Job summary

TRANSCOSMOS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an LMS Support Specialist to handle day-to-day LMS administration, user management, and course setup, collaborating with L&D and vendors. You will troubleshoot issues, prepare guides, and ensure smooth platform operations.

The role requires 3-5 years of LMS experience, IT/HR-related education, and strong Excel reporting skills to support training activities and user performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of LMS administration or LMS support experience was required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the LMS platform
• Manage LMS settings, configurations, user access, roles, permissions, and other administrative functions
• Assist TD team & Project Trainer in creating and maintaining training courses, learning paths, and assessments
• Support trainers in setting up and maintaining training content, courses, and learning activities
• Provide first-level support to Trainers and L&D users on LMS functionality and administration
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely solutions or workarounds
• Prepare and maintain user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting references
• Act as main contact for LMS-related vendor support
• Escalate issues to LMS vendor after initial investigation
• Raise and monitor vendor support tickets and ensure SLA adherence
