Job summary

Metropolitan College in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Learning and Technology Intern to assist with the administration, maintenance and improvement of the College's LMS, websites and other digital platforms.

You will gain hands-on Moodle administration, user support, content management, system testing and documentation while collaborating with academic and support teams to enhance the learning experience for students and lecturers.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing the final year of a Diploma or Degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Interest in LMS and digital education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LMS platforms such as Moodle, including course setup and enrolments.
• Provide basic LMS support and troubleshooting to students and lecturers.
• Review and improve course content, gradebook settings and course organisation; maintain user guides and SOPs.
• Update website and digital platform content with basic HTML/CSS enhancements.
• Test and troubleshoot digital content, including webpages, forms and platform functions.
