The internship lasts six months, starting October 2026, with opportunities to contribute to content creation, gamified learning, enterprise knowledge hub tasks, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Digital Learning Content & Communications: assist in creating materials and internal communications for learning programmes.
• Gamified Learning Activities: help develop quizzes, challenges, and badges to boost engagement.
• Enterprise Knowledge Hub: assist in organizing and reviewing content for easy access.
• AI and Technology-Enabled Learning Initiatives: test AI-generated responses and validate content relevance.
• Automation & Learning Data: support simple automation and learning data reporting.
• Value-Added Project Exposure: contribute to e-learning module development and AI-enabled projects.

Join us as a Digital Learning and Knowledge Enablement Intern, where you will gain hands‑on experience in digital learning, knowledge management, AI‑enabled learning solutions, and workplace automation. You will support initiatives that help employees access quality learning resources, enhance knowledge sharing, and improve learning experiences through technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Learning Content & Communications Assist in creating digital learning materials, including learning guides, presentations, infographics, and job aids. Support the preparation of internal communications to promote learning programmes and initiatives. Help ensure learning content is clear, engaging, and aligned with organisational learning objectives.
2. Gamified Learning Activities Assist in developing engaging learning experiences using gamification concepts. Support the creation of quizzes, challenges, interactive exercises, badges, and recognition activities. Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and participation in learning programmes.
3. Enterprise Knowledge Hub Support Assist in organising, tagging, and reviewing content within the Enterprise Knowledge Hub. Help identify outdated, duplicated, or incomplete information to improve content quality and accessibility. Support efforts to ensure employees can easily find and utilise relevant knowledge resources.
4. AI and Technology-Enabled Learning Initiatives Assist in testing AI‑generated responses and reviewing prompts used in learning‑related applications. Support the validation of content accuracy and relevance in AI‑supported learning solutions. Explore opportunities to improve learning experiences through AI and emerging technologies.
5. Automation & Learning Data Support Support the creation and testing of simple automated workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate. Assist with learning‑related tracking, reminders, and reporting activities. Support basic data analysis to provide insights into learning programme participation and effectiveness.

Value‑Added Project Exposure Assist in the development of an e‑learning module by supporting content preparation, interactive activity creation, quiz development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Gain practical experience in designing and enhancing digital learning experiences for employees. Contribute to projects involving AI‑enabled learning, knowledge management, and workplace automation.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

Soft Skills
