Job summary

ELS Language Centres in Malaysia is seeking an IT / E-Learning Executive to support teaching and learning systems and improve the learning portal's functionality.

You will collaborate with teachers and the Academic Planning and Training Unit to develop videos and interactive materials, provide educator training, troubleshoot LMS and AV gear, and create user guides. Stay current with edtech trends and collect usage data to guide improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Academic Planning and teachers on academic initiatives, developing videos, interactive materials and assessments.
• Implement interactive web-based learning activities, simulations and tutorials.
• Provide training and support to educators on using technology in lesson planning and assessment.
• Troubleshoot issues with learning management systems, AV equipment and educational technologies.
• Create documentation and user guides for educational software and new technology rollouts.
• Work with web developers to improve the functionality, usability and accessibility of educational portals.
• Stay current on emerging educational technologies and recommend adoption based on needs.
• Collect feedback and usage data to evaluate effectiveness of initiatives.
