Job summary

ADA in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Livestream Moderator to oversee end-to-end livestream operations across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. You will set up sessions, resolve real-time issues, and keep hosts on schedule.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure OBS setups, audio-visual quality, and stay current with platform features and trends. On-site work with occasional evenings or campaigns is required.

Qualifications

• Livestream & Social Commerce experience.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end livestream operations.
• Experience sourcing or coordinating hosts or creators is a plus.
• Clear, reliable communicator for reminders and coordination.
• Ability to direct hosts in real-time during live sessions.
• Familiarity with eCommerce livestream studio features and basic AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and manage livestream sessions across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada.
• Ensure livestream readiness including OBS setup, camera framing, audio quality, lighting, overlays, product pinning, and platform compliance.
• Monitor livestreams in real time to ensure smooth flow and accurate product information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving cameras, microphones, internet connectivity, software, or platform tools during live sessions.
• Coordinate with clients, account managers, and internal teams to align on visuals, promotions, and livestream logistics.
