ADA is seeking a Livestream Moderator for on-site operations in Kuala Lumpur on a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on coordinating livestream sessions across platforms, managing hosts, and delivering data-driven improvements for eCommerce livestreams.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality livestream experiences, optimize promotions, and stay ahead of industry trends while handling contracts and payments for hosts.

Role Overview

The Livestream Moderator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, high-quality livestream execution across eCommerce platforms. This role is responsible for on-site livestream operations, host coordination, real-time issue management, and performance optimization to deliver consistent livestream excellence for clients and brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Livestream Operation & Execution:

• Plan, set up, and run livestream sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and more.
• Ensure smooth and engaging livestream experiences using OBS and other streaming tools.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues with cameras, microphones, or other equipment.
• Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to align on visuals, promotions, and livestream objectives.

2. Livestream Host Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with livestream hosts.
• Manage host scheduling based on client livestream slots.
• Source and onboard new hosts that align with the brand’s image and goals.

3. Livestream Analytics:

• Track and analyze livestream and host performance on a weekly basis.
• Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategies to enhance livestream engagement and conversion rates.

4. Documentation & Administrative:

• Guide hosts through the onboarding and procurement process.
• Manage contracts, payments, and other administrative tasks related to hosts.

Requirements:

1. Livestreaming and Affiliate Marketing Experience:

• Prior experience in sourcing and managing livestream talent.
• Proven track record in end-to-end livestream management and affiliate marketing.

2. Communication and Presentation Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present effectively to both internal teams and external clients.

3. Creativity and Innovation

• Strong creative mindset and innovative approach to content creation and marketing.

4. Industry Knowledge

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging features of social media platforms, and affiliate marketing best practices.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

6. Equipment and Technology

• Familiarity with livestreaming equipment and technology.
