W Talent is a Malaysia-based professional MCN agency focused on signing and managing streamers and talents, operating under the brand philosophy “Live is Life.” We are expanding and seek a Livestream Operation Executive (E-Commerce) to oversee end-to-end livestream commerce workflows, scheduling, product listings, pricing, and post-sale support.

The ideal candidate has experience in livestreaming, e-commerce or digital operations, familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live or Facebook Live,

Qualifications

• Experience in livestream or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Platform experience on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live or Facebook Live preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze livestream data to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end livestream shopping workflows, including planning, scheduling and execution.
• Assist hosts with pre-show prep, product listings, pricing and script planning.
• Monitor live metrics and provide on-the-fly support during streams.
• Handle post-live order processing, customer inquiries and after-sales service.
• Analyze livestream data to optimize performance and strategy.
• Liaise with platforms for official activities and policy updates.
