ADA in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Livestream Moderator to oversee end-to-end livestream operations across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. You will set up sessions, resolve real-time issues, and keep hosts on schedule.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure OBS setups, audio-visual quality, and stay current with platform features and trends. On-site work with occasional evenings or campaigns is required.

Qualificações

• Livestream & Social Commerce experience.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end livestream operations.
• Experience sourcing or coordinating hosts or creators is a plus.
• Clear, reliable communicator for reminders and coordination.
• Ability to direct hosts in real-time during live sessions.
• Familiarity with eCommerce livestream studio features and basic AV equipment.

Job Purpose

The Livestream Moderator is responsible for livestream operations, technical execution, and host coordination. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, setting up and running livestream sessions, resolving technical issues in real time, and keeping hosts informed and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and manage livestream sessions across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada.
• Ensure livestream readiness including OBS setup, camera framing, audio quality, lighting, overlays, product pinning, and platform compliance.
• Monitor livestreams in real time to ensure smooth flow and accurate product information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving cameras, microphones, internet connectivity, software, or platform tools during live sessions.
• Coordinate with clients, account managers, and internal teams to align on visuals, promotions, and livestream logistics.

Host Coordination

• Send session reminders to hosts and confirm attendance ahead of each livestream.
• Support hosts on-site before, during, and after live sessions.
• Maintain livestream schedules and host assignments.

Documentation Support

• Maintain accurate records for livestream schedules, record of livestream observation and host assignments.

Requirements

• Livestream & Social Commerce Experience
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end livestream operations.
• Experience sourcing, coordinating, or managing livestream hosts or creators is an added advantage.
• Clear, reliable communicator — able to send timely reminders and coordinate with hosts, clients, and internal teams.
• Confident providing real-time direction to hosts during live sessions.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platform livestream studio features, OBS, livestreaming tools, and basic audio-visual equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live sessions.
• Comfortable working on-site and during evening, weekend, or campaign livestream hours.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure livestream environment.
• Keeps up with platform updates, livestream trends, and best practices across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
