CM Boost Studio Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Livestream Operation / Moderator to support the Key Account Management team and ensure smooth day-to-day livestream operations across TikTok and other e-commerce platforms.

The role involves assisting in daily client operations, moderating sessions, preparing setups, and coordinating with hosts and internal teams. Shift work, including weekends or public holidays, may be required. Training will be provided as needed.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Key Account Managers in managing daily client operations and livestream activities.
• Moderate and monitor livestream sessions from the backend to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare livestream setups, devices, products, and related materials before each session.
• Support livestream hosts by monitoring performance and resolving operational issues during live sessions.
• Coordinate closely with hosts, Account Managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless livestream operations.
• Assist in preparing basic reports, performance tracking, and operational documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management.
