GST MALAYSIA PLT is seeking a live streaming specialist in Malaysia to plan and execute daily sessions across major platforms. You will coordinate hosts, content creators, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and strong viewer engagement.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
Familiar with live commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of product selling, audience engagement and online consumer behavior.
Able to multitask and handle real-time issues during live sessions calmly.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute daily live streaming sessions across platforms.
Coordinate with hosts, content creators, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Prepare schedules, product arrangements, scripts, and promotions before sessions.
Monitor performance, engagement, and sales during and after sessions.
Ensure proper live streaming equipment, lighting, audio, and connectivity.
Analyze data to improve viewer engagement and conversion rates.
Train live hosts on presentation, product knowledge, and audience interaction.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and drive traffic.
Handle real-time issues for a professional viewing experience.
Stay updated with live commerce trends and platform algorithms.
