Job summary

ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd is seeking a Livestream Producer to lead end-to-end livestream planning, content development and technical execution. The role focuses on behind-the-scenes planning, software operation and coordinating with hosts to deliver professional streams.

You will manage program flow, equipment setup, testing and live execution while maintaining brand standards and delivering post-event analysis and improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing or related field.
• 3 years of experience in livestream production, broadcasting, video production or similar role.
• Proficient in livestreaming software such as OBS Studio, vMix, StreamYard, TikTok LIVE Studio or similar platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of cameras, microphones, audio mixers, lighting, video switchers and livestream equipment.
• Able to independently manage livestream setup, operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure during live broadcasts.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, livestream trends and audience engagement.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly and monthly livestream themes, content directions and broadcasting schedules.
• Develop livestream plans based on marketing campaigns, travel fairs and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and Marketing Teams to confirm featured packages, prices, promotions and key selling points.
• Prepare livestream rundowns, programme flow, talking points, engagement segments and calls to action.
• Coordinate with livestream hosts and relevant team members to ensure proper preparation before each session.
• Manage the technical setup, testing and on-site operation of livestream sessions.
• Operate livestreaming software such as OBS Studio, vMix, StreamYard, TikTok LIVE Studio and Facebook Live Producer / Meta Business Suite.
• Set up and operate livestream equipment including cameras, microphones, audio mixers, lighting, video switchers, capture cards and related equipment.
• Monitor visuals, audio, internet connection and overall broadcast quality throughout the livestream.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement backup solutions where required.
• Work closely with internal teams on livestream content, video shoots and production activities.
• Monitor livestream performance and recommend improvements to content, engagement and production quality.
• Stay updated on livestream trends, social media features and broadcasting practices.
• Ensure livestream content and production are aligned with the Company's branding and image.
• Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Manager.
