Job summary

Intrepid Malaysia is seeking a Livestream Production Team Lead to oversee the technical and operational aspects of our livestream production and studio operations. You will ensure high-quality livestream execution across multiple brand accounts and platforms.

The role requires hands-on expertise with livestream tools and equipment, plus leadership of production managers. You will optimize workflows, maintain studio readiness, and align campaigns with brand objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years in livestream production, studio operations, or video production in ecommerce/digital media.
Hands-on knowledge of OBS, vMix or similar streaming systems.
Experience supervising production staff and managing studio equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead technical setup and execution of livestream sessions across brand accounts (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live).
Ensure high-quality production: camera, lighting, audio, scene transitions.
Manage production workflows: OBS/vMix scenes, camera switching, overlays, sound balancing.
Monitor live sessions and troubleshoot to maintain broadcast continuity.
Standardize production quality across brands with consistent configurations.
Collaborate with hosts and account managers to deliver engaging livestreams.
Maintain studio readiness, inventory, and routine maintenance.
Develop SOPs for livestream setup, studio ops, and troubleshooting.
