GST MALAYSIA PLT is seeking a live streaming specialist in Malaysia to plan and execute daily sessions across major platforms. You will coordinate hosts, content creators, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and strong viewer engagement.

• 2–5 years of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
• Familiar with live commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of product selling, audience engagement and online consumer behavior.
• Able to multitask and handle real-time issues during live sessions calmly.

Plan, manage, and execute daily live streaming sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or other social media channels. Coordinate with hosts, content creators, and sales teams to ensure smooth live stream operations. Monitor live stream performance, audience engagement, and sales results during and after sessions. Analyze live stream data and performance metrics to improve viewer engagement and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute daily live streaming sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or other social media channels
• Coordinate with hosts, content creators, and sales teams to ensure smooth live stream operations
• Prepare live stream schedules, product arrangements, scripts, and promotional activities before each session
• Monitor live stream performance, audience engagement, and sales results during and after sessions
• Ensure live streaming equipment, lighting, audio, and internet connectivity are functioning properly
• Analyze live stream data and performance metrics to improve viewer engagement and conversion rates
• Train and guide live hosts on presentation skills, product knowledge, and audience interaction techniques
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and increase traffic to live sessions
• Handle real-time issues during live broadcasts and ensure a professional viewing experience
• Stay updated with live commerce trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities

About you

• 2-5 years of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce (TikTok, Shopee Live, LazLive preferred)
• Familiar with live commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar social media selling tools
• Strong understanding of product selling, audience engagement, and online consumer behavior
• Technical knowledge of live streaming equipment (camera, lighting, audio, internet setup)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in guiding or training live hosts
• Able to multitask and handle real-time issues during live sessions calmly
• Analytical mindset to review performance data (views, engagement, conversion, sales) and improve results
• Up-to-date with social media trends, especially short-form video and live commerce trends
• Comfortable working flexible hours (including evenings or weekends if live sessions run then)
