Job summary

GST MALAYSIA PLT is seeking a Livestream Operations Assistant to operate livestreams using OBS or similar software, set up production gear, and provide on-site technical support.

You will collaborate with hosts, monitor performance metrics like CTR, CTOR, and GMV via dashboards, and handle technical troubleshooting during sessions. Rotational night shifts and holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing or related roles is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Able to work on rotational night shifts and public holidays.

• Operate livestreams using OBS or other broadcasting software.
• Set up and manage livestream production including cameras, lighting, audio, and network.
• Support livestream planning and execution per campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with hosts to monitor and analyze livestream performance (CTR, CTOR).
• Track GMV using the TikTok LIVE Dashboard.
• Perform livestream host duties when assigned.
• Remain on-site during livestreams to provide technical/operational support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

Operate livestreams using OBS or other broadcasting software.

Set up and manage livestream production, including cameras, lighting, audio, internet connection, and other technical equipment.

Support livestream planning and execution according to campaign requirements.

Collaborate with livestream hosts to monitor and analyze livestream performance, including CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CTOR (Click-to-Order Rate).

Track and monitor GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) using the TikTok LIVE Dashboard.

Perform livestream host duties when assigned.

Remain on-site throughout livestream sessions to provide technical and operational support to the host.

Troubleshoot technical issues during livestreams to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, TikTok Seller Center, Shopee, livestream operations, or a related role is an added advantage.

Strong multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.

Able to work on rotational shift including night shift and public holiday
